Base or lining under restorative materials (amalgam, silicate/ silicophosphate, glass ionomer), as a temporary filling material and provisional crowns fixing
DSI Zoer is a reinforced zinc oxide cement with versatile applications. It boasts sufficient bonding strength and easy removal when necessary. Ideal for temporary fillings, emergency procedures, and even the restoration of deciduous teeth. The addition of a reinforced polymer seamlessly blended into the powder rather than the liquid, grants it exceptional properties, making it stronger, more resilient, and suitable for a diverse range of applications. It can also serve as a base or liner beneath other restorative materials like amalgam, silicate/silicophosphate, and glass ionomer.
Compared to alternative dental materials, DSI Zoer cement is particularly better tolerated by tissue, courtesy of its pain-relieving properties and bacteriostatic and antiseptic attributes. Moreover, it offers superior insulation and sealing potential in comparison to traditional Zinc phosphate cement.
