60 Day Returns
Customers can contact us and request a refund or exchange within 60 days of making the order. Such requests should state the reason for the exchange or refund request, amongst them:
- customer has received a malfunctioning product
- customer has received a wrong sized product
- customer has received an incorrect product
For such cases, we will cover the expenses of any return or exchange shipment.

Compensation Timeframe
Upon receiving your returned or exchanged items, we require 2-4 business days to process the request and issue and process a refund. Your account will be credited according to following timeframe:
- Paypal payments will be refunded up to 48 hours from confirmation.
- Credit Card payments will be refunded within 7-14 business days from confirmation.
