Directions for Use
Shake well before use.
Take one tablespoon, approximately 10-15 ml, and swish the oil around your mouth.
Start by rinsing for 2–3 minutes.
Gradually increase the rinsing time to approximately 10-15 minutes, depending on personal comfort.
Spit out the oil after use. Do not swallow.
Rinse your mouth with water afterward if desired.
