DSI cylindrical straight drill for basal/ptery implant is built with a special length of 43mm. The drill is specifically designed to go through the cortical bone and reach the pterygoid bone to install the implant in it. Basal implants are an excellent substitute for various bone augmentation procedures, sinus lifting, etc.
